Cancellation Policy

Forest Green Clinic allows appointments to be rescheduled for no additional cost if this occurs at least 48 hours before the appointment time. Forest Green Clinic will fully refund the booking deposit for any appointment cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Forest Green Clinic retains 100% of the booking deposit for any appointment that is rescheduled or cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time. The 48-hour cancellation policy also applies to clients using a voucher to pay for treatment. The value of the booking deposit will be deducted from the voucher. The 48-hour cancellation policy also applies if a client arrives more than 15 minutes late and are asked to reschedule their appointment to another time. 100% of the booking deposit is retained if a client fails to show up for their appointment.

We reserve the right to charge any card you hold on file at Forest Green Clinic in accordance with the above policy. Exceptions are not made to the 48-hour cancellation policy irrespective of the reason why an appointment was cancelled, rescheduled, or missed. We ask that you respect this.
