Refund policy

Forest Green Clinic complies with the EU Consumer Rights Directive which entitles you to a 14-day cooling off period from the time of purchase. This allows consumers to return items that are unopened, unused and in the condition in which they were received. This refund excludes the shipping cost. To avail of this facility, you must contact us at hello@forestgreenclinic.com within 7 days of purchase and return the products within 14 days of purchase.

Products that were damaged or faulty upon arrival will be refunded, replaced or exchanged provided you contact us at hello@forestgreenclinic.com within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will cover both the product and shipping cost. We reserve the right to ask you to ship the faulty product back to us. We will compensate you for this shipping cost.
