DermaFrac Dermal Infusion

Advanced skin-conditioning treatment combining exfoliation, microneedling and targeted serum infusion for smoother, brighter-looking skin.

DermaFrac is a multi-step skin rejuvenation treatment that combines crystal-free microdermabrasion, gentle microneedling and simultaneous infusion of targeted serums into the skin. It is designed to improve hydration, texture, tone, pores and early signs of ageing while giving the skin a fresher, more radiant appearance with little to no downtime. Unlike SkinPen, which is more commonly positioned as a corrective collagen-induction treatment for deeper skin rebuilding, DermaFrac is better thought of as a skin-conditioning and maintenance treatment with an immediate glow as well as progressive improvement.

Best for
Dull or dehydrated skin, uneven texture, enlarged pores, congestion, early fine lines, mild acne scarring and pigmentation concerns.

Ideal if
You would like a gentle but results-driven treatment that improves skin quality, hydration and glow without the feel of a more intensive corrective treatment.

Treatment areas
Most commonly the face, with protocols tailored to the skin type and area being treated.

Skin goals
Smoother texture, brighter tone, better hydration, refined pores and healthier-looking skin overall.

Next step
Consultation to assess suitability, choose the most appropriate infusion and decide whether DermaFrac fits your skin goals.

DermaFrac treats skin concerns such as dehydration, dullness, uneven tone, enlarged pores, congestion, fine lines, pigmentation and mild acne-related textural change. Because the treatment combines exfoliation with microneedling and serum delivery, it is often chosen when the goal is overall skin refinement and glow rather than deeper structural correction alone.

DermaFrac may be suitable if you want a treatment that refreshes and conditions the skin with minimal downtime. This is one of the clearest ways to distinguish it from SkinPen: DermaFrac is generally better suited to hydration, skin quality, maintenance and a more immediate radiance boost, whereas SkinPen is usually positioned as the more corrective option for longer-term collagen stimulation and deeper concerns such as scarring or structural texture change.

Your appointment begins with a consultation and skin assessment. Treatment usually starts with micro dermal abrasion to exfoliate and smooth the surface of the skin, followed by gentle vacuum-assisted microneedling while a targeted infusion serum is delivered into the microchannels.

Most patients find DermaFrac very tolerable. The source material commonly describes it as comfortable or virtually painless, with only mild sensation during the exfoliation and needling stages.

After treatment, the skin often looks fresher and more radiant quite quickly. Mild redness can occur, particularly after the microdermabrasion stage, but this usually settles fast. In some cases, especially if a deeper exfoliation setting has been used, there may be a short period of visible recovery.

Downtime is usually minimal to none, which is one of the main reasons DermaFrac is often chosen. It is generally sensible to avoid make-up for the first 24 hours and to avoid heat-based exercise, saunas or anything likely to irritate the skin while it settles. Some patients may experience up to a day or two of recovery if a deeper exfoliation approach has been used.

Many patients notice visible improvement after a single treatment, particularly in glow, smoothness and hydration. For best results, we recommend a course of treatments spaced 2 to 4 weeks apart, with more noticeable cumulative improvement developing over the following weeks. DermaFrac is a strong maintenance treatment, including after SkinPen or peel courses.
